New Years Online Retreat - Online retreats have become an effective way to move into the New Year with intention. A scheduled online program with limited dates can manage anxiety and stress that the holiday season brings. About 86% of people report struggle over the holidays with concerns such as financial issues, missing loved ones, and anticipating family conflicts. Emotions like overwhelm and grief, or even excitement and overwork all require self care to build and maintain skills. 8 Sessions over 5 days Sat, Sun, Monday Tuesday - Dec 28 evening - Jan 1 morning Dec 28th Saturday 5:30-7pm MST - 4:30 PST Dec 29th Sunday 10am-11:30am MST 9am PST Dec 29 Sunday 8-9:30pm MST - 7pm PST Dec 30th Monday 10am-11:30 MST - 9am PST Dec 30 Monday 8-9:30pm - 7pm MST PST Dec 31 Tuesday 10am - 11:30 MST - 9am PST Dec 31 Tuesday 5:30-6:30MST - 4:30 PST Jan 1 Wednesday 10am -11:00AM MST - 9am PST - practices in the morning and evening. - Each day, a relevant Yoga Sutra will be introduced and discussed from an embodied and contemporary perspective - Each day, a somatic idea or concept will be introduced and experienced (ie, yielding, sequencing, releasing......) - A yoga/movement practice to each session taught by Jennifer - Breathwork each session taught by Jennifer - Sessions and classes will be yours for one year. By setting time aside each 2x/day and practicing with each other twice daily gives us an opportunity to truly install this embodied material into our selves and strengthen our minds as we move into the New Year.
